The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and The Market Cobbler defining the rules and acceptable behavior of your website and services. Please update these guidelines according to your specific policies.

Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing my site or using my services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.
Modification of Terms
At my discretion, The Market Cobbler may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If I do make changes to these Terms of Use, I will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.
Prohibited Conduct
You are solely responsible for your conduct while on my site, and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property and third-party rights.
Termination
The Market Cobbler reserves the right to terminate access to my site and block future use of my services if I deem these Terms of Use have been violated.
Delivery
We offer three UK delivery options - Royal Mail standard parcel, which takes 3-5 working days from the day of despatch; Royal Mail 1st class express, which can be next day or the following day from the day of despatch; and guaranteed courier, using My Hermes, which takes 4-5 days. You can choose your postal method at the checkout.
For international post - within Europe normally takes around 5 days, and the rest of the world 7-10 days. The USA can sometimes take a little longer due to customs delay.
We welcome both UK and international customers but some items may be restricted for international delivery. If you have a question about a specific item or order, please contact us via marketcobblerpeterborough@gmail.com or 01733 340 540. We will always try to help.
Returns
If after having received your item you no longer want it, you can return it within 14 days to get a full refund. If your item has been personalised we can only offer a refund if the item is damaged or faulty. However, the best way to resolve any problems is to contact us, and we promise to be fair and reasonable in our treatment of any issue you might have.
Payment
PayPal or BACS Transfer are acceptable methods of payment.
